Location: Glasgow (Primary location: Blackfriars you may be required to work across multiple sites)

Salary: 25,164 26,681 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week working 5 days out of 7 between 7am and 10pm (weekend work required on a rota basis)
The Role
Total Staff, on behalf of our client, are seeking a friendly and motivated Student Experience Team Member to join a leading accommodation provider in Glasgow.
This is a highly interactive, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. Youll be part of a supportive and engaging team, creating a welcoming environment for students, delivering excellent customer service, and helping to build a strong community within the properties.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house reception service.
Support students with day-to-day queries and ensure a positive experience throughout their stay.
Conduct flat viewings, room inspections, and lead on sales conversations with prospective residents.
Organise and host events to enhance the student living experience and build community engagement.
Support operational tasks such as health and safety checks, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring communal spaces are well maintained.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills comfortable engaging with students from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
