About the Role
Total Staff are recruiting for Production Operatives to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer at their Runcorn site. These positions are within the ASU (Aseptic Services Unit) and Packing Hall, working under strict GMP and SOP standards to maintain product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out production, picking, and packing duties in accordance with ASU procedures and GMP regulations
Assemble, label, and prepare materials and products following batch documentation
Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
Accurately complete all associated paperwork and production records
Ensure cleanroom and work area standards are maintained to company and regulatory requirements
Follow strict hygiene, health & safety, and contamination control protocols
Support colleagues and supervisors in meeting daily production targets
Identify and report any issues affecting product quality, safety, or workflow
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, cleanroom, or GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and commitment to following written procedures precisely
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and capable of maintaining high standards of accuracy and cleanliness
Flexibility to work rotating shifts (early and late) as required
Whats On Offer

Rotating shifts: 62 / 210 or 73 / 311 (depending on department)
