- Offer/Acceptance. The quotation supplied by TOTAL STAFF SERVICES is binding as to the selection, matching and promotion of a suitable candidate(s)
to the agreed price and start date. The quotation is based on the information being supplied and that this information is contiguous in it’ supply.
The quotation is valid for a period of 30 days from date of the quotation.

Safety Information. All personnel supplied by TOTAL STAFF SERVICES are carefully selected in line with your requirements. Any induction training
required must be completed on your premises by your personnel in accordance with your health and safety policy. In the event that you require
TOTAL STAFF SERVICES to undertake such induction training then a separate written instruction must be sent by your company one week prior to
commencement of employment. In the event that any relevant information is not passed on within the project, then TOTAL STAFF SERVICES cannot be held
responsible for any or all matters that arise relevant to safety.

Changes. Any changes to the original information may affect the original quotation and TOTAL STAFF SERVICES reserve the right to re-quote or
withdraw as necessary. All changes should be put in writing to ensure that continuity reached and that a clear understanding of the change is achieved.

Start Dates. Start dates are based on the information at the time of the quotation, but is subject to the order placement date. This could be impacted
by work commitments at that time and TOTAL STAFF SERVICES will endeavor to meet its original quotation, but will inform the client of any delays as
appropriate.

Rights in Data, Documents. Information passed onto TOTAL STAFF SERVICES by any dealings with the client or employees will be treated in the
strictest confidence.

Quality. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that personnel are selected as appropriate to the requirements any complaints or inappropriate
dealings will be investigated and reported back to the client. However, in the event that this situation arises TOTAL STAFF SERVICES cannot stand the
cost of any or all consequential costs.

Acceptance. All staff offered to clients are done so in good faith and in the event that an employee is permanently employed by the client or any
third agents directly linked with the client within 12 weeks then a finders fee is payable to TOTAL STAFF SERVICES.

Prompt Payment. TOTAL STAFF SERVICES invoice states that the payment is due from receipt of the invoice and a copy of the signed timesheet. However, in the
event that payment is not received within 30 days from that date TOTAL STAFF SERVICES reserves the right to charge interest at the current bank-lending rate
for each day overdue.

Indemnification. In the event that any information is passed on to TOTAL STAFF SERVICES that may be copied from or covered by any patent, copyright, trademark,
or application therefore, is the responsibility of the client or supplying body and not TOTAL STAFF SERVICES.

Termination or Cancellation of an employee. Any contract that has been signed by all parties is binding and therefore any cancellation is subject to a minimum
charge of 20% of the order value to cover costs incurred by TOTAL STAFF SERVICES.

Paid Holidays and Statutory Holidays. The particular details for these areas will be defined in each contract and vary with each contract.

Sickness and Absenteeism. Any sickness or absenteeism will be dealt with in accordance to the contract drawn up between the client and TOTAL STAFF SERVICES and is particular to that contract.
